Studio Sessions

Studio sessions are a more focused way to learn the Pilates technique, and the best way to practise in depth. Clients are seen on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis so exercises are tailored to suit your specific needs. These sessions are ideal for individuals wishing to see more immediate results through rehabilitation, aiming to improve a specific sporting performance or wanting a more personal approach to the technique.

The apparatus is based on spring resistance which can be used to provide support or additional challenge to the exercises. It’s ideal for those working with bodily imbalances  as the machines encourage a symmetrical workout with evenly distributed feedback throughout the body.

I see a wide range of clients, aged from 12- 80+. If you are working with a more serious issue, improvement and/or recovery will be greatly accelerated by additional work done at home, so often I ‘prescribe’ homework exercises to speed up the rehabilitation process.

All studio sessions take place in my home and are bookable by contacting me directly. All sessions are one hour long and prices are as follows:

  • 1-1 £60 or block of 10 for £550
  • 2-1 £30 or block of 10 for £270
